It offers free shipping on systems and filters and 30-day free returns.
Challenge
Replacement filters need reordering on a schedule, so email should be one of iFilters' strongest sales channels. Its campaigns went to the whole list in four-email bursts around each holiday and were averaging open rates of about 21% and click rates under 1%. iFilters brought in SmartSites to redesign its campaigns in Klaviyo, grow the list and build automated flows.
