The company positions itself as an extension of its partners' internal operations, with dedicated provider support around the clock, more than 15 years of experience, and claims adjudication it describes as 40 percent faster, and it carries BBB A+ accreditation. Its website was launched alongside its sister brand Carma Warranty (carmawarranty.com), an auto warranty site built by SmartSites in the same engagement.
Challenge
Empire Admin came to SmartSites at the end of 2025 as a brand-new website client with two sites to build, and a clear reference point: it wanted something in the spirit of established warranty administrators' sites, but more modern. Its buyers are program operators, dealership groups, and home warranty companies weighing whether to outsource administration, so the site had to explain a back-office service in plain terms, prove that it is compliant and secure, and make a custom quote easy to request. It also had to speak to several audiences, from homeowners to automotive groups, without a separate site for each. SmartSites set out to design and build a website that turns an operations firm into a partner a warranty program can see itself working with.
