About Cooper Family Dentistry
Cooper Family Dentistry is a privately owned family and cosmetic dental practice at 78 N. Cooper Road in Gilbert, Arizona, led by Dr. Edward Marra, DMD. Dr. Marra graduated from Temple University's dental school in Philadelphia in 1989, completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Buffalo, and ran his own practice in New York for more than two decades before moving his family to Arizona in 2013. The office provides preventive care, cleanings, root canals, crowns, bridges, dental implants and implant dentures, wisdom teeth extractions, oral and IV sedation, emergency dentistry, and cosmetic treatments such as clear aligners, teeth whitening, and porcelain veneers, all in one office. In-house dental plans give patients without insurance an affordable way to keep up with care.
Challenge
Gilbert and the East Valley are full of corporate dental chains and clear-aligner brands with big advertising budgets, and Cooper Family Dentistry's previous agency had not moved the needle. The practice wanted more new patient appointment requests and phone calls, especially for implant and cosmetic consultations, from families in Gilbert and Chandler who prefer a dentist they can get to know. Its old website did not present the full range of services or the areas it serves, and it leaned on stock photography rather than the doctor and team patients would actually meet. SmartSites set out to launch a new website, build out local and service content, and grow the practice's visibility on Google.
