Rather than stocking general supplies, the company curates a narrow line it stands behind: TripLok, SafeLok, and CoinLok deposit bags in packs and cases, plus EcoLok, a deposit bag made from 90 percent post-consumer recycled material. Direct, high-volume relationships with manufacturers let it offer bulk and custom pricing with no minimum order, and pallet orders with a customized product mix ship by LTL freight. Customers include banks, credit unions, retailers, churches, government offices, universities, dispensaries, and legal and medical settings nationwide. Spotless Supply is a Certified Small Business, a Woman-Owned Small Business, and 889 certified on SAM.gov.
Challenge
Spotless Supply was founded on the idea that it has become too hard to find quality products online, and its buyers are people who cannot afford a bad bag: a bank teller, a church treasurer, or an evidence clerk who needs a seal that shows tampering every time. The store had to make that curation obvious, keep a visitor from mistaking the company for a cleaning or janitorial supplier, and let an organization move from a single pack to a case or a pallet without a sales call. The client's brief was direct: make the site easy and intuitive for customers, with marketing compelling enough to move the order count. SmartSites set out to build a Shopify store that sells the bags and the reasons to trust them.

- Design & UX: Opened with an announcement bar for free shipping on all orders and the support phone line, a hero introducing the EcoLok recycled deposit bag, and collection tiles for packs and cases of TripLok and SafeLok security bags.
- Platform & functionality: Built on Shopify with a cart, customer login, and collections organized by pack and case for the TripLok, SafeLok, CoinLok, and EcoLok lines, plus a shipping and delivery page.
- Content: Added a secure-handling section explaining serialized tracking, high-strength seals, and chain-of-custody accountability, and a flexible-ordering section that invites recurring and high-volume buyers to ask about bulk pricing.
- Trust & resources: Launched an About Us page with the family-owned, woman-owned story, a customer reviews page, and a Resource Center blog for cash-handling guidance.
