About Community Training Connection

Community Training Connection, LLC is a California training organization founded in 1993 that prepares administrators and staff in state-licensed long-term care settings to deliver quality care. It offers state-mandated initial administrator certification training for RCFE, ARF, Group Home, and STRTP facilities, including the 80-hour RCFE program, along with continuing education bundles such as Formula 40 and Solution 20, staff training through Caregiving College, consultation, and renewal application support. Courses are approved by California Community Care Licensing and accepted by the California Board of Registered Nurses and most Regional Centers, and are delivered in live classroom, livestream, Zoom, weekend, and self-paced online formats. Its instructors and consultants bring decades of senior-care and dementia-care experience, with several holding Certified Dementia Practitioner credentials.

Challenge

Community Training Connection had built a reputation over three decades, but its CommunityTrainingOnline.com site was drawing only a trickle of organic visitors from the aspiring administrators and facility operators who search for RCFE and ARF certification courses across California. SmartSites had previously focused its SEO work on the organization's NCCDP.org property, and the team decided to shift its full attention to CommunityTrainingOnline.com to grow enrollment and inquiries there. The site needed a steady flow of fresh content, more authority, and better indexing to compete with other approved training vendors. SmartSites set out to publish content at scale, build backlinks, and turn organic visibility into calls and course registrations.
