Kirila Construction Services (KCS) is a Mid-Atlantic construction staffing agency, consulting, and training provider with more than 35 years of experience. The company supplies skilled, OSHA-certified, safety-trained crews for highway and roadway, pipeline, concrete, commercial building, utilities, environmental remediation, and bridge and tunnel work, along with CDL drivers and equipment operators. KCS also provides construction management, owner and developer representation, and workforce development and training programs, supporting commercial, civil, energy, municipal, and secure federal-installation projects.
Challenge
Kirila Construction Services has to win over two very different visitors: contractors and developers who need skilled crews or project support, and tradespeople looking for their next job. Its web presence did not clearly separate those paths, explain the full range of staffing, management, and training services, or show the industries KCS serves, such as data centers, energy, and government projects. SmartSites set out to design and build a bold website that speaks to both audiences and turns each visit into a labor request or a job application.
