YouTube Shorts management
YouTube Shorts that get your videos found.
Your clips, and the Reels and TikToks we already plan for you, turned into YouTube Shorts with searchable titles and a steady posting schedule, so every video keeps reaching customers on YouTube and in Google search. Since February 2026 our social team has planned more than 340 Shorts for clients' channels.
A social team that turns your videos into reach, clicks and customers.

YouTube Shorts specialists who plan every video around search.
People go to YouTube to search: how a job is done, what it costs, who to hire. Shorts put your business in those searches with the videos you already make, and Google now shows short videos, Shorts included, in many of its own results. Our social team made YouTube a regular platform in February 2026, and for businesses with video it is the fourth platform we recommend next to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We set up or tidy your channel, turn your clips and the Reels and TikToks we plan into vertical Shorts with captions and on-screen text, write titles and descriptions around what your customers search for, and post on a schedule you approve a month ahead. Views, subscribers and engagement are reported in your Client Hub next to the website visits, calls and leads your social media sends.

Everything your YouTube channel needs, from the same social team.
One plan covers your channel, your Shorts and the platforms they are shared to, and every Short is tracked like the rest of your social media.
Channel setup & optimization
We set up your channel or tidy the one you have: name and handle, profile picture and banner in your brand colors, a description written around your services and area, links to your website and other profiles, and your Shorts grouped into playlists by topic. New to YouTube? We send a step-by-step guide to create the channel in your own name and connect it to our publishing tools.

Shorts from your videos
The clips you film on the job and the Reels and TikToks we plan for you, trimmed to vertical Shorts with captions and on-screen text for viewers watching on mute. No footage this month? We turn your photos and brand graphics into short videos, like this tile-vs-metal explainer for a South Florida roofing contractor whose channel we post to every week.
Titles, descriptions & keywords
Every Short gets a title and description written around the questions your customers type into YouTube and Google, a few hashtags that help and a cover frame that reads at a glance, so it can keep being found in search long after the day it goes live.

Posting calendar
Your Shorts sit in the same monthly content calendar as your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok posts. You review each one in your Client Hub and approve it or send it back with notes, and we publish on a steady schedule, because a channel that posts every week gives YouTube more to recommend.

One clip, every platform
Each video is planned once and posted wherever it fits: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook, with the title, caption and length adjusted for each. One day of filming fills your calendar on four platforms.
YouTube ads for your best Shorts
When a Short takes off, our PPC team can run it as a YouTube ad through Demand Gen, aimed at people who look like your customers and at past website visitors, from the same monthly plan.
Monthly reporting
Views, subscribers and engagement for your channel every month, next to your other platforms, with your top Shorts and what we will change next, plus the website visits, calls and form leads your social media sends.

YouTube Shorts management questions
Channel setup or clean-up, a monthly content calendar you approve, Shorts edited from your footage and from the Reels and TikToks we plan, titles, descriptions and hashtags written for search, publishing on a steady schedule, and a monthly report. YouTube ads for your best Shorts can run alongside through our PPC team.
Usually the same clip, yes. All three use vertical video, so the videos we make for TikTok and Instagram Reels can go to YouTube Shorts too. We adjust the title, description and cover for YouTube, where people search with words, and we only post video there: static graphics stay on your other platforms.
No. If you don't have one, we send a step-by-step guide to create it in your business's name, so you own the channel. We then need access to connect it to our publishing tools, the same way as your other profiles, and we optimize the profile during onboarding.
Most clients send short clips from their business: jobs, products, events, staff and customers. We plan what to film, then edit, caption and title the Shorts. When footage is thin, we build short videos from your photos and brand graphics, as we do for a roofing contractor that posts to YouTube every week.
Our social team focuses on Shorts. If you already have longer videos, we can cut them into Shorts and point each one back to the full video on your channel. For filming or editing longer videos, talk to our video production team.
YouTube works like a search engine of its own, and Google shows short videos, Shorts included, in many search results. Shorts with clear, keyword-led titles and descriptions can be found there for months. They don't change your website's own rankings directly, but they can bring people to your channel and site who would not have found you otherwise.
Slower than on TikTok or Instagram, in most cases. Subscribers are harder to win on YouTube, and many of our clients started their channel from zero. We post steadily, learn from which Shorts get watched, and judge YouTube on views, profile visits, clicks and leads, not on subscriber counts alone.
We build channels to win customers, not ad revenue. YouTube only shares ad revenue once a channel joins its Partner Program, which for Shorts means 1,000 subscribers and 10 million Shorts views in 90 days, so for most businesses the value of Shorts is the customers they bring in.
Yes. Your plan covers the platforms that suit your business, and many clients swap a quieter platform, such as X, for YouTube Shorts. If it doesn't earn its place after a couple of months, we switch back.
Yes. Our PPC team runs YouTube ads, including Demand Gen and Shorts ads, and can promote the Shorts that already perform. See YouTube Ads Management.
