A PPC agency judged on leads and sales.

Pay-per-click advertising is no longer just about bidding on keywords. It’s about reaching the right customer at the moment they’re ready to buy, on whichever platform they use. We manage paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Yelp and ChatGPT Ads, and judge every one by the leads and sales it brings in, not the clicks. We test keywords, ads and landing pages constantly, protect your budget from wasted spend and put more of it behind what works. Conversion tracking is set up from day one, so every call, form and purchase is counted and every dollar can be traced to a result. Everything is measured in your Client Hub, with a clear view of spend, leads, cost per lead and the revenue behind your ads.

PPC for your business, wherever your customers are.

Online, local, national or across every location: each gets its own PPC playbook, and each already has clients we have grown with it.

Ecommerce PPC Sell more online.

Ecommerce PPC puts your products in front of shoppers on Google Shopping, Performance Max and search, at the moment they are ready to buy. Every campaign is judged on orders and revenue rather than clicks, so the product feed and the bidding matter as much as the ads. We build campaigns around your product feed and margins, bid for return on ad spend and cut the products that do not sell. You see orders, revenue and ROAS by campaign in your own live Client Hub.

PPC advertising questions

A monthly management fee, plus your ad spend, which you pay directly to the platforms. Setup is free and there are no hidden fees. The fee covers keyword and competitor research, account setup, tracking and reports, ad copy and ongoing optimization. Extras such as landing pages and ad creative are quoted to what you need. You get a written proposal with the scope and fee before you sign.

The minimum ad budget is $1,500 a month for local campaigns and $2,500 a month for national or ecommerce campaigns. The right amount depends on what a click costs in your market and how many leads or sales you need, so before you commit we run the numbers for your business at no cost and show you budget options, each with the clicks, leads and cost per lead to expect. It's better to start at a level that gets enough clicks for the platforms to learn, then move more budget behind what works. Your ad budget is paid straight to Google, Meta or the other platforms, separately from our fee.

It depends on your industry, how many competitors bid on the same searches, your location and even the time of day. Before you start, we pull click costs for your keywords and area from Google's own data and give you budget options, each with the clicks, leads and cost per lead we expect. We keep those estimates conservative. Better-built ads and landing pages lower what you pay per click, and cost per lead usually falls as the campaigns learn which leads turn into customers.

Yes. If you already run ads, we do a complimentary audit of your account: you share your ad account ID and approve our access request, and a PPC analyst reviews the campaigns by hand, then walks you through what is working, where money is being wasted and what we would change. If you are not running ads yet, we put together numbers for your industry instead: expected cost per click, leads and cost per lead at a few budget levels, built from your market, your locations and the value of a customer, so you can see what a campaign could return before you spend anything.

First we research your market, set up tracking and build the campaigns, and ads usually go live about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks after we have access to your accounts. Google and Meta then need a learning period of about 2 to 4 weeks while their bidding works out who converts, so the first weeks are for gathering data rather than judging results. Most campaigns are ready to scale after about 2 to 3 months, as conversions build up and we feed back which leads were good. Timing also depends on demand for what you sell and the budget you set. You see every step in your Client Hub, and we tell you early if a platform isn't working.

It depends on how your customers look for you. If people search when they need you, as with most local and professional services, we start with Google search and usually add Microsoft Ads next. Local service businesses can also run Google Local Services Ads, the Google Guaranteed listings that appear above the regular ads. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) works on interests rather than searches, so it suits products, ecommerce and retargeting. Online stores usually pair Google Shopping with Meta. With a smaller budget, one platform funded properly beats several underfunded ones, and we add the next platform once the first is working.

We manage campaigns on Google Ads (search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Local Services Ads), Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Yelp and ChatGPT ads. We're a Google Partner, a Microsoft Advertising Select Partner, a TikTok Marketing Partner and an Amazon Verified Partner, which gives our clients extra support and early access to new ad formats. Every campaign is built and reviewed by certified analysts, and we recommend the platforms that fit your customers and budget rather than running everything at once.

Yes. Your ad accounts sit in your name with your payment card, and you stay the owner and admin. The campaigns, ads, images and all the history are yours. If you leave, we remove our access and nothing is deleted. If you already have an account, we work inside it so you keep its history. If a previous agency owns your account, we build a new one in your name.

Your dedicated analyst leads the strategy and makes the changes in your accounts directly, running one plan across all your channels. We monitor your account daily, weekly and monthly, so nothing sits untouched waiting for a report. That includes adjusting bids and budgets, reviewing search term quality and audience insights, and A/B testing new ad copy and creative, always working toward your goals, whether that's high-quality leads or sales on your site. Campaigns can also be reviewed by other experts on our team of over 30 analysts, and because we partner with the ad platforms directly, your account may receive special promotions or early access to beta features. We meet at least once a month, and more often if you'd like. You get a formal monthly report, and your Client Hub shows spend, leads and cost per lead at any time.

Conversion tracking is set up from day one, so every call, form and purchase is counted and tied to the campaign that drove it. To do that we need access to your ad accounts, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, your website's back end, and Merchant Center if you sell online. Call tracking is included at no extra cost: calls come through tracking numbers, and your Client Hub shows each recording with an AI summary and its outcome. Setup usually takes about a week once we have access to everything. If you use a CRM, we can send back which leads became customers, so Google and Meta learn to find more people like them.

We write all the ad copy and build every ad, and ad copy creation is part of the monthly fee. For search ads that is all we need from you. We don't shoot or edit video or photography: for Meta, display and video ads we use the photos and footage you supply, which work best, and test them in different formats. If you need new designs, we offer banner and social ad creative packages.

We start from the searches that match what you sell, in the places you sell it, and check what those clicks cost in your market. Before launch we set up negative keyword lists, especially for job seekers and DIY questions. After launch we read the search terms report, the list of what people actually typed, and add more negative keywords to block searches that will never buy, such as services you don't offer. We use match types deliberately, so broad reach goes only where it pays for itself. For multi-brand accounts we keep shared negative keyword lists, so one brand's waste doesn't repeat in another.

Yes. For local businesses we limit ads to your service area (a radius around you, or specific cities, counties, zip codes, states or DMAs), and we can target several hyper-local areas at once and track each call back to the campaign that drove it. For national brands we find the regions that perform best and worst and move budget accordingly. For franchises and multi-location businesses we run brand-wide campaigns alongside location campaigns, with each location's results side by side.

Google automatically filters out clicks it counts as invalid, such as bots and other spam traffic, and you aren't charged for them. Beyond that, no one can block a specific person from clicking your ads or filling in your form. What we can do is analyze the leads you tell us weren't a good fit, find the campaigns, searches and placements they came from, and adjust targeting, keywords and forms so fewer of them come through. Your Client Hub also labels each call and form, so you can see which leads were real.

Yes. For ecommerce we run Google Shopping and Performance Max and judge them on orders and revenue, not clicks. Performance Max works best for online stores; for lead generation we use it only where your CRM data can tell Google which leads were real. Most of the early work happens in your Merchant Center feed: missing products, thin titles and wrong prices hold listings back, so we fix the feed before we spend more. We group products into campaigns by category and best sellers, keep searches for your brand name separate so they don't flatter the numbers, and set return targets from your margins. The more you tell us about your margins and product costs, the better we can optimize, so we ask you to share them at the start.

Yes, but traditional remarketing is becoming outdated, so we build a full-funnel strategy instead of only chasing people who already visited. On Google we use Demand Gen campaigns, which combine signals from your own data with Google's search and behavior data to reach the people most likely to convert. On Meta we use lookalike and Advantage+ audiences to expand beyond your past visitors and find new people who are most likely to buy. Some industries, such as healthcare, are restricted by the ad platforms and can't run retargeting at all.

Competitors are allowed to bid on your name, so their ad can appear above your own website when people search for you. Depending on your industry, we run a small branded campaign and bid competitively in the auction, so your brand stays prominent when people search for your name. Those clicks are usually cheap and convert well, and we track how often competitors push you down. We report branded and non-branded results separately, so searches for your name never make the rest of the account look better than it is.

PPC stands for pay per click. When you search on Google or Bing, the ads at the top of the results are PPC ads. Advertisers bid to show up for the searches their customers make and pay only when someone clicks. The same model runs on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon and other platforms.

It starts with research: the searches and audiences that match what you sell. We build campaigns around them, set bids and a budget, and your ads show when those people search or scroll. Competitive keywords cost more per click, and a lower bid means a lower position, so we keep adjusting bids and budgets to get the most results for your spend.

No one can honestly guarantee results. What we can do is estimate impressions, clicks and conversions for your market before you start, or audit the campaign you run now and show where money is being wasted.

Yes. We track calls, forms and sales, then optimize your campaigns on that data. Your monthly report breaks down impressions, clicks, cost, click-through rate and, most importantly, conversions and cost per lead, and your live Client Hub shows the same numbers any time.

Yes. Our team designs and builds landing pages for your campaigns, so the click lands on a page made to turn it into a call, form or sale.
