I worked on a New England style food truck called Monsta Lobsta. I might be biased, but to this day they have best lobster rolls I have ever had.
A Land Remembered by Patrick D Smith. It was a mandatory summer reading book when I was in high school, and it was so impactful that I made both my parents read it as well. (FYI they loved it too.)
I remember sitting in an oversized office chair at home, turning on the computer and being blasted at full volume by the dial-up tune. Right as I was about to hop onto AIM, my mom screams “Get off the computer I need to make a phone call!”. I then played Pinball and drew on Paint until she hung up.
I would love to be able to manipulate or have control of the elements. That way I could prevent natural disasters.
My parents. They have gone without and given up so much, just to give me the world. They’ve helped me realize my own definition of what I consider being successful as, and continuously support me in my endeavor of getting there.
I would be a cultural anthropologist. I would love to immerse myself in different cultures around the world to study them and learn from them.
Valencia, Spain. I studied abroad and lived there for three months in college. I had the most incredible summer of my life and I’m certain I left a piece of my heart there.
I wish I was Rachel but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized I’m Monica from Friends. Obsessive control freak who loves to cook and eat and is incredibly competitive, check, check, and check.
