BACKGROUND Please describe your company and your position there. TeamFunded is a fundraising company that raises money for schools and other organizations through an mobile app. I am the owner.
CHALLENGE Q: For what projects/services did your company hire SmartSites, and what were your goals? We hired SmartSites to create social media ads, a landing page, and website.
SOLUTION Q: How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? I found SmartSites online and reached out and they gave me the rundown of what they did, and I decided on the spot to work with them. They were articulate, professional and very upfront about pricing. So far, the pricing is exactly what they said it would be. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns. We worked on components for the layout of the landing page while simultaneously coming up with keywords for the Google Ads searches. Q: How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? Haadi Khatibloo worked with us on the landing page and Google Ads. Devin Riley is helping us with the new website.
RESULTS Q: Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? The landing page has just gone live less than a week, so we are waiting on improvement of our Google Ad and landing page traffic. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. We conducted 2-3 brainstorming sessions via google meet on the landing page and it was finished in a timely manner based on our responsiveness to getting them what they needed like graphics and verbiage. Q: What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? I was very impressed with Haadi Khatibloo's due diligence. We have made several changes to the landing page after it went live and he made the changes right away! I can tell it's important to him that we have a great product that we are happy with. Q: Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? Haadi did a great job being the go-between between their design and programming teams and our team at TeamFunded. He was always in my in-box with the correct new tweaks we presented. I am still in the deciding stage on the website team and will do a separate review for them.”
