Michael Scott the boss character may be unconventional and a bit politically-incorrect, but his general care for his team shows that leadership is about connection and showing up for people even when things get a little messy.

One of my earliest internet memories I have is visiting the website StumbleUpon;a platform that randomly surfaced websites based on personal interests and relevant new interests. It was my first experience with algorithm-driven discovery, and it sparked my curiosity for digital exploration and how content finds its audience.

Empathy and Relatability. I naturally tune into what people need, whether it’s a client trying to reach their audience or a teammate navigating a challenge. I can communicate while staying flexible, and help move things forward in a way that feels thoughtful.

Me! – My greatest goal in life is to be the best I can be–to challenge myself and to surprise myself in what I can do and bring to the table. I want to be able to say that I’ve made myself proud.
