I have been in business for 24 years and managed our Google Ads account for 18 of those years. Up until March of this year (2023) I had a very good handle on what to do and when. In mid March something drastically changed within Google Ads and I was no longer abler to figure out what to do. I was spending more on clicks and selling around 50% less. I tried my best until June and then decided I needed professional help. I contacted SmartSites, had a few Zoom calls with them (met their Google Ads Specialist - Ashley Yaggie and SEO specialist - Anastasiia Guseva) and was up and running by July 5th. The first course of action was to decrease my daily Google Ad budget and increase my daily sales. I had a few more Zoom calls with Ashley and within a few weeks our Google Ad Account and Campaigns were in order. Ashley will continuing to tweak and fine tune the campaigns so everything keeps improving. I will be working with SmartSites for at least 18 months. I feel very confident that I will continue to sell more tickets while keeping my daily budget at a reasonable amount. And the SEO part of the project has also been doing great! My impressions are increasing and that too is leading to more sales.
