Job Details

We are seeking a Web Hosting Support Manager to oversee all support requests for our web hosting operations. The Web Hosting Support Manager will be responsible for answering all hosting helpdesk tickets as well as taking hosting support phone calls. The ideal candidate will have a background in web hosting with a strong interest in the web hosting industry.


  • Review, respond, and resolve all helpdesk tickets.
  • Take incoming hosting support phone calls.
  • Provide live-chat support for hosting issues and sales questions.
  • Research and apply best practices to server settings and hosting operations.
  • Monitor hosting servers and investigate any server related issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance, software upgrades, etc..

Job Requirement

  • Previous experience in web hosting.
  • Strong background in web hosting and web hosting technology – specifically in Linux (CENTOS), cPanel, Apache, MySQL, PHP, etc..
  • Experience managing WHM/cPanel servers.
  • Experience using SHELL/SSH.
  • Experience in customer support or sales (preferably in a hosting related position).
  • Strong skills in resolving technical issues – persistence is a must!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task and work on several projects at the same time.
