The Challenge
Bedrosian Industries is a fourth generation, tri-state area rug supplier and cleaner. Attracting clients in the ultra-competitive NYC-metro area, however, proved difficult. Competitors such as Stanley Steamer dominated the market share, and Bedrosian was at a loss for how to position themselves as viable alternatives.
