Together, UpCity and Pollfish surveyed 600 small business owners (SMBs) and individuals who held marketing- and technology-related roles. Surprisingly, more than half of their respondents felt that their social media marketing strategies were lacking, and they could not hit every goal. The growing complexity of digital marketing is one of the reasons why SMBs are finding it challenging to keep up. Therefore, business owners are increasingly relying on outsourced Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter specialists.
