Job Details

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all internal HR needs. The HR manager will be responsible for searching for candidates to fill open positions, as well as the internal performance management process and internal HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee search, recruitment and selection.
  • Provide oversight, support, and guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain and develop an internal performance management process.
  • Oversee employee training needs.
  • Oversee yearly employee performance appraisal review process.
  • Benefits and payroll administration.

Job Requirement

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Prior HR experience.
  • Prior payroll and benefits experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Prior experience developing performance management processes (preferred, but not required).
